1. Lead the deployment of the MH Transformation POSM initiatives, coordinating closely with BPO POSM and various markets.
2. Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) dedicated to POSM.
3. Finalize and deploy harmonized functional and technical SAP delayed differentiation processes across all MH entities.
4. Collaborate with MH Logistics managers to enhance flow and traceability.
5. Drive continuous improvement of Order to Cash processes based on SAP activity analysis using Signavio insight.
6. Collaborate with IT & BPO Order to Cash teams to implement identified improvements and enhance client services efficiency.
7. Assist the central team in coordinating the SAP4 pre-transformation program for the main Maisons, logistics hubs, and subsidiaries.
8. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the SUNSET Order to Cash / New reporting tool across all entities.
9. Organize and conduct training sessions to ensure successful adoption and transition.

1. Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, and customer service processes.
2. Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in an international organization.
3. Experience with SAP environments and familiarity with SAP4 pre-transformation programs is a plus.
