1. Contribute to achieving MHCS objectives by delivering high-quality customer service to both external clients (agents, direct clients) and internal teams (sales, marketing, production planning, finance).
2. Ensure the availability of orders by the requested date and in the required quantities.
3. Assist the service manager with various operational or cross-functional tasks.

1. Currently pursuing a minimum of a Bac+2 level education in a commercial field with an international focus at a university or business school.
2. Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of a third language is advantageous.

2. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email).
4. Competency in PowerBI.
5. Service-oriented mindset with initiative and confidentiality.
