1. Contribute to achieving Moët Hennessy Customer Service objectives by delivering high-quality service to both external clients (agents, direct customers) and internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, production planning, finance teams).
2. Ensure the availability of orders in the requested quantity and by the requested date.
3. Assist the Service Manager with various operational and cross-functional tasks.

1. Currently pursuing a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (Bac+2) in a business-related field with an international focus.

1. Autonomy and strong analytical skills.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email).
4. Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
5. Competency in PowerBI is required.
6. Strong service orientation and initiative.
7. Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Beginner level experience is acceptable, ideally within a related field.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
