1. Contribute to achieving MHCS objectives by providing high-quality customer service to both external clients (agents, direct clients) and internal clients (sales, marketing, production planning, finance teams).
2. Ensure the availability of orders by the requested date and in the requested quantity.
3. Assist the service manager with various operational or cross-functional tasks.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (minimum Bac+2) with a focus on international commerce at a university or business school.

1. Autonomy and strong analytical skills.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email).
4. Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
5. Strong writing skills and a service-oriented mindset.
6. Initiative, responsiveness, and confidentiality.

No prior experience required; ideal for beginners.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Bac+2) in international commerce.
