- Manage and process flow juices from belon tanks to settling tanks.
- Rack lees and pomace into designated tanks and oversee their transfer until removal.
- Transfer musts to tanks for dispatch to vinification cellars.
- Maintain equipment and work environment following hygiene, safety, and environmental preservation guidelines.
- Report any anomalies or malfunctions encountered during operations to the supervisor.
- Knowledge of cellar operations is preferred.
- Possession of a valid driver's license (Category B).
- Attention to detail in handling delicate processes.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills for reporting issues.
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, though beginners with a strong profile may be considered.
Hourly wage plus bonuses applicable during the harvest period.
