1. Assist in the recruitment process for interns and apprentices, including needs assessment, drafting and posting job advertisements, candidate screening, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process.
2. Provide individual support and ensure the well-being and development of interns and apprentices through community engagement and internal events.
3. Cultivate relationships with target educational institutions to promote the brand and manage the internship discovery campaign for secondary school students.
4. Contribute to social media promotion of job offers and develop communication and training materials.
5. Collaborate with Moët Hennessy on specific requests and projects.

1. Enrolled in a Master's program in Human Resources or a related field at a university or business school.
2. Previous internship or apprenticeship experience in HR functions, with recruitment experience being advantageous.

1. Strong analytical abilities and communication skills.
2. Customer service orientation and initiative.
3. Fluency in French and English.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email).
5. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
6. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and intellectual curiosity.

Entry-level experience in HR, ideally with some exposure to recruitment processes.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
