Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process for interns and apprentices, including needs assessment with managers, drafting and posting job advertisements, screening applications, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process.
- Provide individual support to interns and apprentices to ensure their well-being and professional development.
- Coordinate and animate the intern and apprentice community through onboarding, networking, and internal events.
- Foster relationships with target schools and colleges to promote the brand and manage the 2024 discovery internship campaign for secondary school students.
- Contribute to social media promotion of job offers and develop communication and training materials.
- Collaborate with Moët Hennessy on specific requests.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master's program in Human Resources or related field.
- Previous internship or apprenticeship experience in HR, preferably in recruitment.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
