- Manage a specific purchasing scope and project under the supervision of the Purchasing Manager for dry materials.
- Execute a comprehensive and secure procurement process for new items, products, or services across various purchasing categories.
- Send supplier consultations and conduct negotiations to meet set objectives.
- Analyze offers and finalize negotiations with the support of Category Buyers.
- Award contracts and initiate pricing to trigger procurement upon validation by Category Buyers.
- Report activities using the Per Angusta tool and monitor purchasing commitments.
- Develop purchasing tools aligned with strategies and best practices within the Maisons.
- Engage in benchmarking and knowledge management.
- Participate in cross-functional projects related to the new 3-year purchasing strategy.
- Enrolled in a Master’s program with a specialization in Purchasing (business school, engineering school, or university).
- Minimum of 6 months of successful experience in purchasing within a large company.
- Knowledge of the luxury or wines & spirits industry is advantageous.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with ARIBA, Per Angusta, and SAP is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Curiosity and integrity.
- Initiative-taking and leadership abilities.
- Ability to synthesize issues and work collaboratively in a team.
Entry-level position requiring at least 6 months of experience in purchasing within a large company.
Master's degree in progress with a specialization in Purchasing.
