- Manage a designated purchasing scope and project for dry materials under the supervision of the Purchasing Manager.
- Execute a comprehensive and secure procurement process for new items, products, or services across various purchasing categories.
- Send supplier consultations and conduct negotiations to achieve set objectives.
- Analyze offers and finalize negotiations with the support of Category Buyers.
- Award contracts and initiate pricing to trigger supplies with Category Buyer validation.
- Report activities using the Per Angusta tool and monitor purchasing commitments.
- Develop procurement tools aligned with strategies and best practices within the Maisons.
- Engage in benchmarking and knowledge management.
- Participate in cross-functional projects related to the new 3-year purchasing strategy.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Category Buyers, Development, Logistics, Quality, Sustainability, Article Reference Service) and external suppliers (national and international).
- Enrolled in a Master’s program with a specialization in Purchasing (business school, engineering school, or university).
- Minimum of 6 months of successful purchasing experience in a large company.
- Familiarity with the luxury or wine and spirits industry is advantageous.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of ARIBA, Per Angusta, and SAP is beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written).
- Curiosity and integrity.
- Initiative and leadership.
- Ability to synthesize issues and work collaboratively.
Entry-level with at least 6 months of relevant experience in purchasing.
Master's degree in progress with a specialization in Purchasing.
