- Assist the Purchasing Manager with designated projects in Marketing or Communication procurement.
- Participate in strategic purchasing meetings and implement directives in alignment with managerial and departmental expectations.
- Develop procurement tools in accordance with established strategies and best practices within the company.
- Conduct benchmarking and manage market knowledge.
- Perform market studies on suppliers and develop market expertise.
- Engage in sourcing, offer analysis, negotiation, tendering, and supplier selection.
- Manage projects and enhance procurement processes across various expenditure areas.
- Report and maintain KPIs related to risks, supplier count, compliance levels, savings, and performance.
- Evaluate suppliers against Moët Hennessy's standards.
- Manage supplier relationships.
- Currently in a gap year or pursuing a Master 2 with a specialization in Purchasing (Business School, Engineering School, or University).
- Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in a large company.
- Knowledge of the luxury or wine and spirits industry is advantageous.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with digital tools such as SharePoint.
- Knowledge of ARIBA and SAP is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.

Entry-level experience with at least 6 months in a relevant role within a large organization.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
