- Monitor and manage supplier relationships, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.
- Train internal clients on purchasing processes and delegated purchasing.
- Manage MHCS tender processes, including needs assessment, sourcing, consultation preparation, negotiation, and contract management.
- Verify and validate supplier account creation requests.
- Assist in organizing annual Business Reviews, including data consolidation, presentation creation, meeting organization, and facilitation.
- Support the purchasing manager in managing the General Expenses scope for MHCS.
- Final year of a Master's degree in Purchasing.
- Proficiency in negotiation.
