- Manage a designated scope and project in dry goods procurement under the supervision of the Purchasing Manager.
- Execute a comprehensive and secure purchasing process for new items, products, or services across various purchasing categories.
- Send supplier consultations and conduct negotiations to meet established objectives.
- Analyze offers and finalize negotiations with the support of Category Buyers.
- Award contracts and initiate pricing to trigger procurement upon Category Buyer validation.
- Report activities using the Per Angusta tool and monitor purchasing commitments.
- Develop procurement tools in alignment with strategies and best practices within the maisons.
- Engage in benchmarking and knowledge management.
- Participate in cross-functional Moët Hennessy projects related to the new three-year purchasing strategy.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Family Buyers, Development, Logistics, Quality, Sustainability, and Article Reference Services, as well as national and international suppliers.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program with a specialization in Purchasing (business school, engineering school, or university).
- Minimum of 6 months of successful experience in purchasing within a large company.
- Familiarity with the luxury or wine and spirits industry is advantageous.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of ARIBA, Per Angusta, and SAP is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Curiosity and integrity.
- Initiative and leadership capabilities.
- Ability to synthesize issues and work effectively in a team.
Entry-level experience with at least 6 months in a purchasing role within a large organization.
Master's degree in progress with a focus on Purchasing.
