1. Oversee the production operations, ensuring efficiency, timeliness, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
2. Monitor daily activities and performance of assigned workshops, implementing corrective measures when objectives are not met.
3. Ensure the availability of necessary materials for production processes.
4. Manage a team, focusing on communication, motivation, training, and working conditions.
5. Drive organizational and methodological improvements to enhance workshop performance.
6. Conduct monthly technical assessments of equipment, proposing improvements and summarizing encountered issues.
7. Manage both permanent and temporary staff, including communication plans, training schedules, and annual individual reviews.
8. Optimize resources to meet deadlines, quality, and cost targets.
9. Ensure personnel and environmental safety.
10. Ensure compliance with procedures and instructions, fostering self-monitoring in collaboration with the quality department.
11. Promote a safety-conscious culture among team members and implement protective measures for people and property.
12. Occasionally substitute for absent workshop managers in other areas.

1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a production environment.
