- Oversee the production operations, ensuring efficiency, timeliness, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Monitor daily activities and performance of assigned workshops, implementing corrective measures when objectives are not met.
- Ensure the availability of necessary materials for production processes.
- Manage a team, focusing on communication, motivation, training, and working conditions.
- Drive organizational and methodological improvements to enhance workshop performance.
- Conduct monthly technical assessments of equipment, proposing improvements and summarizing encountered issues.
- Manage both permanent and temporary staff, including communication plans, training schedules, and annual individual reviews.
- Optimize resources to meet deadlines, quality, and cost targets.
- Ensure personnel and environmental safety.
- Ensure compliance with procedures and instructions, fostering self-monitoring in collaboration with the quality department.
- Promote a safety-conscious culture among team members and implement protective measures for people and property.
- Occasionally substitute for absent workshop managers in other areas.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a production environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to listen and motivate team members.

- Proficiency in IT tools.
- Ability to anticipate and resolve issues.
- Capability to develop team members' skills.
A minimum of 5 years in a production management role, preferably within the luxury goods sector.
