1. Monitor supplier relationships, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.
2. Train internal clients on procurement processes and delegated purchasing.
3. Manage MHCS tender processes, including needs assessment, sourcing, consultation preparation, negotiation, and contract follow-up.
4. Verify and validate supplier account creation requests.
5. Assist in organizing annual Business Reviews, including data consolidation, presentation creation, meeting organization, and facilitation.
6. Support the procurement manager in managing the General Expenses category for MHCS.

1. Final year of a Master's program in Procurement.
