1. Manage annual negotiations, including price grids for recurring POSM items.
2. Support the POSM Purchasing team in analyzing price trends for the upcoming year and negotiating supplier prices for category C products.
3. Create and update pricing in the system.
4. Assist in gathering and analyzing supplier information to meet Moët Hennessy's sustainable purchasing goals.
5. Support supplier audits and update the internal database for supplier certifications.
6. Aid in refining the supplier panel and updating the supplier expertise map.
7. Monitor industry information and market indices for the MH budget.
8. Contribute to the implementation of the POSM roadmap established by the Lead POSM Buyer.
9. Coordinate with stakeholders such as Supply Chain teams and Project Purchasing teams.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school or university with a specialization in Purchasing.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
2. Ability to learn new tools quickly.
3. Fluent in English.
4. Strong analytical skills.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills.
6. Proactive and dynamic attitude.
7. High level of adaptability.

No prior experience required; ideal for beginners.

Currently pursuing a degree in business or a related field.
