1. Assist the Logistics Operations Manager in overseeing daily activities.
2. Supervise and monitor logistics platforms and transporters to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and timelines.
3. Identify and resolve operational issues.
4. Collaborate with third-party logistics providers to develop and implement continuous improvement plans.
5. Define and track performance indicators (KPIs).
6. Implement tools for operational efficiency and activity reporting.
7. Record and monitor transport and logistics purchase orders.
8. Verify the accuracy of logistics and transport invoices.
9. Ensure traceability and validation of costs, contributing to cost optimization.
10. Participate in budget preparation and monitoring with the Financial Control department.
11. Act as the primary contact for quality tracking tool users across global markets.
12. Ensure process consistency and correct application by local teams.

1. Proven expertise in logistics operations and supplier relationship management.
2. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in logistics and transport operations.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, EasyBuy, and logistics, transport, and customs tools.
2. Advanced skills in Power BI and Power Apps.
3. Operational knowledge of customs procedures.
4. Understanding of transport and logistics operations, including incoterms, regulations, ADR, and ICPE.
5. Autonomy and proactivity in decision-making and priority management.
6. Analytical and synthesis capabilities.
7. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
9. Innovative mindset and adaptability.
10. Ability to manage stress effectively.

A minimum of 3 years in logistics and transport operations is required, with a strong emphasis on supplier relationship management.

The position offers a hybrid working model, based in Reims with regular travel to warehouses.
