- Assist the Logistics Operations Manager in overseeing daily activities.
- Supervise and monitor logistics platforms and transporters to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and timelines.
- Identify and resolve operational issues.
- Collaborate with third-party logistics providers to develop and implement continuous improvement plans.
- Define and track performance indicators (KPIs).
- Implement tools for operational efficiency and activity reporting.
- Record and monitor transport and logistics purchase orders.
- Verify the accuracy of logistics and transport invoices.
- Ensure traceability and validation of costs, contributing to cost optimization.
- Participate in budget preparation and monitoring with the Financial Control department.
- Act as the primary contact for quality tracking tool users across global markets.
- Ensure process consistency and correct application by local teams.
- Proven expertise in logistics operations and supplier relationship management.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in logistics and transport operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, EasyBuy, and logistics, transport, and customs tools.
- Advanced skills in Power BI and Power Apps.
- Operational knowledge of customs procedures.
- Understanding of transport and logistics operations, including incoterms, regulations, ADR, and ICPE.
- Autonomy and proactivity in decision-making and priority management.
- Analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Innovative mindset and adaptability.
- Ability to manage stress effectively.
A minimum of 3 years in logistics and transport operations is required, with a strong emphasis on supplier relationship management.
