1. Drafting of summary notes.
2. Conducting legal research necessary for contract development.
3. Participating in the drafting and negotiation of contracts.
4. Assisting with the legal secretariat of companies managed by the Legal Department.

1. Master's degree in Business Law and/or General Private Law, potentially complemented by the bar school entrance exam (PPI internship).
2. Ideal first experience in a company and/or law firm.
3. Perfect command of contract law.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
3. Strong interpersonal intelligence.
4. Intellectual curiosity.
5. Versatility and proactivity.

Ideal candidates will have some initial experience in a corporate or law firm setting.

Master's degree in Business Law and/or General Private Law.
