1. Drafting and negotiating a variety of business contracts, including project management, architectural, service provision, industrial supply, and real estate leases.
2. Composing synthesis notes.
3. Conducting legal research necessary for contract development.

1. Master's degree in Construction and Real Estate Law and/or General Private Law.
2. Ideally, previous experience in a corporate or law firm setting specializing in construction law.
3. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

2. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Strong interpersonal intelligence and intellectual curiosity.
4. Adaptability and proactive approach.
