1. Assist in drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements.
2. Conduct studies on issues related to e-commerce, consumer law, and competition law.
3. Perform legal research for contentious cases, including jurisprudence and document collection.
4. Draft synthesis notes and conduct research in collaboration with law firms or foreign advisors.
5. Conduct legal monitoring.

1. Enrollment in a Master's program (M2) in Business Law or Economic Law, with a focus on contract, distribution, or competition law.
2. Previous internship or apprenticeship experience, preferably in a law firm, is appreciated.

1. Fluency in English and proficiency in IT tools.
2. Strong interpersonal intelligence, intellectual curiosity, versatility, and proactivity.

Entry-level position suitable for students currently pursuing a Master's degree in relevant fields.

Master's degree (M2) in Business Law, Economic Law, DJCE, or LLM.
