1. Assist in drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements, including distribution contracts, agency agreements, and service agreements.
2. Conduct studies on issues related to e-commerce, consumer law, and competition law.
3. Perform legal research for contentious cases, including jurisprudence review and document collection.
4. Draft summary notes and conduct research in collaboration with external law firms or foreign advisors.
5. Maintain legal watch to ensure compliance with current regulations.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (M2) in Business Law or Economic Law, with a focus on contract, distribution, or competition law.
2. Previous internship or apprenticeship experience, particularly in a law firm, is appreciated.

1. Fluent in English with strong proficiency in IT tools.
2. Excellent interpersonal intelligence, intellectual curiosity, versatility, and proactivity.

No prior professional experience required, but previous internships or apprenticeships are beneficial.

Master's degree (M2) in Business Law or Economic Law.
