1. Drafting and negotiating various business contracts, including project management, architecture, service provision, industrial supply, and real estate leases.
2. Writing summary notes.
3. Conducting legal research necessary for contract development.

1. Master's degree in Construction and Real Estate Law and/or General Private Law.
2. Ideally, initial experience in a company or law firm in construction law.
3. Perfect command of contract law.

2. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
