1. Participate in drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements.
2. Study issues related to e-commerce, consumer law, and competition law.
3. Conduct research for contentious cases, including jurisprudence and document collection.
4. Draft summary notes and conduct research in collaboration with law firms or foreign advisors.
5. Conduct legal monitoring.

1. Master 2 in business law/economic law (contract law, distribution, international trade, general private law) or equivalent.
2. Ideally, previous internship or apprenticeship experience in a company or law firm.
