Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin Legal Intern - Business and Contract Law

- Assist in drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including distribution contracts and service agreements.
- Conduct studies on issues related to e-commerce, consumer law, and competition law.
- Perform legal research for contentious cases, including jurisprudence and document collection.
- Draft synthesis notes and conduct research in collaboration with law firms or foreign consultants.
- Conduct legal monitoring and stay updated on relevant legal developments.
- Master's degree in Business Law, Economic Law, or equivalent (DJCE/LLM preferred).
- Previous internship or apprenticeship experience in a corporate or law firm setting is ideal.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in French.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent interpersonal intelligence, intellectual curiosity, versatility, and proactivity.
Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or those with limited experience in a legal setting.
Master's degree in Business Law, Economic Law, or equivalent.
