1. Assist in drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including distribution contracts and service agreements.
2. Conduct studies on issues related to e-commerce, consumer law, and competition law.
3. Perform legal research for contentious cases, including jurisprudence and document collection.
4. Draft synthesis notes and conduct research in collaboration with law firms or foreign consultants.
5. Conduct legal monitoring and stay updated on relevant legal developments.

1. Master's degree in Business Law, Economic Law, or equivalent (DJCE/LLM preferred).
2. Previous internship or apprenticeship experience in a corporate or law firm setting is ideal.

1. Fluency in English and proficiency in French.
2. Strong computer skills.
3. Excellent interpersonal intelligence, intellectual curiosity, versatility, and proactivity.

Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or those with limited experience in a legal setting.
