1. Calibrate and control measurement devices.
2. Conduct analyses of received musts and fermenting must tanks, including tasting.
3. Perform sampling of tanks and conduct vinification follow-up analyses.
4. Communicate results to the laboratory manager and tank managers.
5. Alert promptly on any non-compliant results.
6. Ensure all activities comply with MHCS Quality, Hygiene, Safety, and Environmental Policies.

1. Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science or Chemistry.
