- Manage media requests including press releases and visuals.
- Track editorial calendars and press dossiers.
- Support and coordinate with the press agency.
- Develop and oversee press tools.
- Analyze and report on media coverage.
- Coordinate internationally with key markets.
- Draft presentations and guidelines for markets.
- Oversee the deployment of Bold activations in France, providing support, coordination, logistics, and production follow-up.
- Facilitate the rollout of Bold initiatives across various markets, establishing guidelines.
- Support content development for both French and international markets.
- Analyze and report on press coverage for Bold initiatives.
- Communicate feedback and best practices for events, evaluating operations to identify improvements.
- Conduct competitive analysis and share communication trends.
- Support the press materials stock management.
- Monitor budgetary allocations.
- Serve as a brand ambassador to journalists, influencers, and VIPs.
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +4/+5) in a relevant field such as University or Business/Communication School.
- Previous experience in a similar role or within a communication agency is preferred.
- Proficiency in French and professional English, both written and spoken.
- Strong writing skills in both French and English.
- Ability to develop, coordinate, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
