1. Contribute to achieving MHCS objectives by providing quality customer service to both external clients (agents, direct clients) and internal clients (sales, marketing, production planning, finance teams).
2. Ensure the availability of orders by the requested date and in the requested quantity.
3. Assist the service manager with various operational or cross-functional actions.
