1. Assist in the recruitment process for interns and apprentices, including evaluating needs with managers, drafting and disseminating job postings, screening applications, conducting interviews, and facilitating integration.
2. Ensure individual follow-up with interns and apprentices to guarantee their well-being and progression.
3. Animate the intern and apprentice community through onboarding, networking, and internal events.
4. Maintain relationships with target schools to promote the brand and orchestrate the 2024 discovery internship campaign for secondary school students.
5. Contribute to the promotion of job offers on social media and develop communication and training materials.
6. Collaborate with Moët Hennessy on specific requests.

1. Enrollment in a Master's program in Human Resources or Business School with a specialization in HR.
2. Previous experience in an HR role, preferably with recruitment experience.
3. Fluent in French and English.

2. Service-oriented with a sense of initiative and responsiveness.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email).
4. Excellent interpersonal and writing skills.
5. Demonstrates situational intelligence, organization, rigor, synthesis, and intellectual curiosity.

Entry-level experience in a human resources function, with a preference for recruitment experience.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
