Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin Human Resources Recruitment and Development Intern

- Assist in the recruitment process for interns and apprentices, including needs assessment, drafting and posting job advertisements, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Ensure individual follow-up for interns and apprentices to guarantee their well-being and development.
- Facilitate community engagement through onboarding, networking, and internal events.
- Maintain and develop relationships with target educational institutions to promote the brand.
- Coordinate the 2024 discovery internship campaign for secondary school students.
- Contribute to the promotion of job offers on social media and develop communication and training materials.
- Collaborate with Moët Hennessy on specific requests.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Human Resources or a related field.
- Previous internship or apprenticeship experience in HR, particularly in recruitment, is advantageous.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Strong analytical abilities and communication skills.
- Customer service orientation and initiative.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email).
- Excellent interpersonal and writing skills.
- Situational intelligence, organizational skills, and intellectual curiosity.
Entry-level, suitable for students with some prior internship or apprenticeship experience in HR.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
