1. Assist in the recruitment of interns and apprentices, including evaluating needs with managers, drafting and posting job advertisements, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating the onboarding process.
2. Ensure individual follow-up with interns and apprentices to support their well-being and development.
3. Facilitate the community of interns and apprentices through onboarding, networking, and internal events.
4. Engage with target schools to promote the brand and develop relationships with colleges and high schools.
5. Coordinate the 2024 internship campaign for middle and high school students.
6. Contribute to social media promotion of job offers and develop communication and training materials.
7. Collaborate with Moët Hennessy on specific requests.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Human Resources or a related field.
2. Previous internship or apprenticeship experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment preferred.

1. Strong analytical skills and service orientation.
2. Proficiency in French and English.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email).
5. Organizational skills with attention to detail and intellectual curiosity.

Entry-level experience with a preference for prior HR internship or apprenticeship.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
