- Assist in the recruitment process for interns and apprentices, including evaluating needs with managers, drafting and disseminating job postings, screening applications, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process.
- Support the individual progress and well-being of interns and apprentices through regular follow-ups and community engagement activities such as onboarding, networking, and internal events.
- Foster relationships with target educational institutions to promote the brand and coordinate the 2024 discovery internship campaign for secondary school students.
- Contribute to the promotion of job offers on social media and develop communication and training materials.
- Collaborate with Moët Hennessy on specific requests.
- Enrollment in a Master's program (Year 1 or 2) in Human Resources or a related field at a university or business school.
- Previous internship or apprenticeship experience in an HR role, with recruitment experience being advantageous.
- Strong analytical abilities and communication skills.
- Customer service orientation and initiative.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email).
- Excellent interpersonal and writing skills.
- Situational intelligence, organizational skills, and intellectual curiosity.
Entry-level experience, ideally with a prior internship or apprenticeship in human resources.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
