1. Assist in recruitment of interns and apprentices by evaluating and defining needs with managers.
2. Draft attractive job postings and ensure their distribution on relevant channels.
3. Screen and select candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the process through to integration.
4. Provide candidate feedback and collaborate with mentors for selected candidates.
5. Monitor recruitment indicators.
6. Ensure individual follow-up for interns and apprentices to guarantee their well-being and progress.
7. Facilitate community activities such as onboarding, networking, and internal events.
8. Maintain relationships with target schools to promote the brand.
9. Develop relationships with colleges and high schools.
10. Coordinate the 2024 discovery internship campaign for 3rd and 2nd-year students.
11. Contribute to promoting job offers on social media through various formats.
12. Develop communication and training materials.
13. Collaborate with MH for specific requests.

1. Enrolled in a Master's program (1st or 2nd year) in University or Business School with a specialization in HR.
2. Fluent in French and English.
