1. Assist in the recruitment process for interns and apprentices, including evaluating needs with managers, drafting and disseminating job postings, screening applications, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process.
2. Support the individual progress and well-being of interns and apprentices through regular follow-ups and community engagement activities such as onboarding, networking, and internal events.
3. Foster relationships with target educational institutions to promote the brand and coordinate the 2024 discovery internship campaign for secondary school students.
4. Contribute to the promotion of job offers on social media and develop communication and training materials.
5. Collaborate with Moët Hennessy on specific requests.

1. Enrollment in a Master's program (Year 1 or 2) in Human Resources or a related field at a university or business school.
2. Previous internship or apprenticeship experience in an HR role, with recruitment experience being advantageous.

1. Strong analytical abilities and communication skills.
2. Customer service orientation and initiative.
3. Fluency in French and English.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email).
5. Excellent interpersonal and writing skills.
6. Situational intelligence, organizational skills, and intellectual curiosity.

Entry-level experience, ideally with a prior internship or apprenticeship in human resources.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
