1. Participate in the deployment of digital tools for general services, including future CMMS/IWMS tools.
2. Assist in the implementation of tools, dashboards, SharePoint, and document management.
3. Drive and develop the digitalization of the service.
4. Propose communication tools for strategic vision deployment.
5. Support the service manager in strategic vision deployment.
6. Lead the implementation of document management systems.
7. Assist each general services department head in process formalization.
8. Facilitate the deployment of digital tools and user training.
9. Maintain liaison with MHIS, service providers, and users.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
2. Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is recommended.

1. Proficiency in office tools such as Excel, PowerBI, and Word.
2. Strong organizational skills and flexibility.
3. Autonomy and proactive problem-solving abilities.
4. Attention to detail and confidentiality.
5. Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

No prior professional experience required.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program.
