- Serve as the primary interface for B2C and B2B clients, distributors, and subsidiaries, ensuring exceptional customer service in order management.
- Ensure the distribution of finished products, POSM items, and dry goods, including transport and documentation, for worldwide orders.
- Continuously analyze service performance, stock levels, transportation, and costs, proposing improvements as necessary.
- Manage client orders, deployments, and transportation logistics, including recording orders, executing deployments, and analyzing product availability.
- Coordinate with logistics providers for customization and specific preparations for special offers.
- Organize and optimize maritime, road, and air transport, including export documentation preparation.
- Handle claims, disputes, returns, credit control, and payment follow-ups with distributors.
- Support and report on order status to sales teams and regions, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop, monitor, and analyze KPIs within the designated area of responsibility.
- Maintain client relationships by understanding their needs and coordinating with regulatory and graphic development services.
- University degree, preferably in Logistics or Commerce, or equivalent.
- Fluency in French and English (B2 level).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain, customer service, commerce, or client relations.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Strong analytical and anticipatory skills.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Team-oriented with adaptability and rigor.
- Proactive with strong priority management skills.
A minimum of three years in supply chain, customer service, commerce, or client relations is required.
University degree, preferably in Logistics or Commerce, or equivalent.
