Responsibilities
- Implement tools and resources to ensure the smooth operation of events such as receptions, seminars, dinners, or lunches, and manage their cost/benefit analysis.
- Maintain an overall vision of the event, considering actions to be taken before, during, and after the event, including communication and social media aspects.
- Contribute to the optimization of administrative tasks and client follow-up.
- Apply Veuve Clicquot's quality standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other internal departments.
Qualifications
- Degree in business school, communication, or event management.
- Significant experience in event management or communication.
