1. Assist the CRM Manager in developing the CRM activity schedule and coordinating with markets.
2. Create email campaigns, including creative briefs, translation management, and approvals, in collaboration with the CRM agency for integration and dispatch via Salesforce.
3. Monitor, track, and analyze key performance indicators.
4. Manage digital projects, ensuring coordination with various stakeholders.
5. Conduct competitive analysis for inspiration and compile a monthly CRM benchmark report for presentation to markets.
6. Implement long-term A/B tests to enhance performance.
7. Coordinate CRM projects, such as email template redesigns and the implementation of new customer lifecycle emails.
8. Oversee financial tracking with service providers, including quotes and invoicing.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or Marketing with a focus on digital marketing.
2. Prior experience in CRM is advantageous.
