1. Assist the CRM Manager in developing the CRM activity plan and coordinating with markets.
2. Create and manage email campaigns, including creative briefs, translation management, and validation, in collaboration with the CRM agency for integration and dispatch via Salesforce.
3. Monitor, track, and analyze key performance indicators.
4. Manage digital projects and coordinate with various stakeholders.
5. Conduct competitive analysis for inspiration and gather best practices, presenting a monthly CRM benchmark to markets.
6. Implement long-term A/B testing to enhance performance.
7. Coordinate CRM projects, including email template redesign and new lifecycle emails.
8. Manage financial follow-ups with service providers, including quotes and invoicing.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or a related field with a specialization in digital marketing.
2. Previous experience in CRM is advantageous.
