1. Assist the CRM Manager in developing and coordinating the CRM animation schedule with various markets.
2. Create email campaigns, including creative briefs, translation management, and approvals, in collaboration with the CRM agency for integration and dispatch via Salesforce.
3. Monitor, track, and analyze key performance indicators.
4. Manage digital projects, ensuring coordination with all stakeholders.
5. Conduct competitive analysis for inspiration and best practices, and prepare a monthly CRM benchmark for market presentation.
6. Implement long-term A/B testing strategies to enhance performance.
7. Coordinate CRM projects such as email template redesigns and the introduction of new emails in the customer lifecycle.
8. Oversee financial tracking with service providers, including quotes and invoicing.

1. Bachelor's degree (Bac +4/+5) in business or a related field with a specialization in digital marketing.
2. Previous experience in CRM is advantageous.
