- Contribute to the creation, updating, and dissemination of communication materials for commercial, technical, and viticultural service projects, including newsletters, social media assets, illustrations, and text writing.
- Develop and enhance the Upstream Partners Portal by implementing new interfaces such as an online store, delivery accounts, and event projects.
- Support the organization and animation of event and communication projects.
- Conduct competitive analysis within the Champagne industry.
- Enrollment in a Master's program related to communication, event management, or digital media.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Expertise in digital platforms (websites and social media).
- Experience in newsletter writing and email campaign management.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to manage and analyze data for reporting purposes.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS).
- Skill in capturing and editing high-quality photos and videos for communication materials.
- Video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 360 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
