Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin Brand Planner Intern

- Provide support to the Supply Planning Brand team in the S&OP process for various champagne and wine & spirits Maisons.
- Create and track purchase orders with wine and spirits brands.
- Interact with Production Planning, Customer Service, Supply Regions, and Maisons.
- Update allocations for prestigious brands such as Dom Perignon, Armand de Brignac, and Krug.
- Identify and propose improvements for supply planning processes, driving process and tool evolution.
- Participate in data cleaning for the transition to the new IBP tool with Master Data and Supply Planning teams.
- Assist in harmonizing processes for slow and obsolete stock rotations, consolidating SPB analysis by brand, and sharing with Finance.
- Construct and lead the allocation/quota setting and updating process with International Direction, Oenology, private client teams, supply planning, etc.
- Previous experience in Supply Chain and Customer Service.
- Comprehensive understanding of Supply Planning.
- Proficiency in APO (DP&SNP) and SAP.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with Power BI.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and high standards.
- Leadership and influence capabilities.
- Ability to synthesize information.
Entry-level experience in supply chain and customer service is required.
Engineering/Business degree or University degree with a specialization in Supply Chain preferred.
