- Provide support to the Supply Planning Brand team in the S&OP process for various champagne and wine & spirits houses.
- Create and monitor purchase orders with wine and spirits brands.
- Interact with Production Planning, Customer Service, Supply Regions, and Houses.
- Update allocations for prestigious brands such as Dom Perignon, Armand de Brignac, and Krug.
- Identify and propose improvements for supply planning processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate the transition to the new IBP tool by participating in data cleaning with Master Data and Supply Planning teams.
- Assist in harmonizing processes for slow and obsolete rotations, consolidating SPB analysis by brand, and sharing with Finance.
- Construct and manage the allocation/quota setting and updating process, collaborating with International Management, Oenology, private client teams, and supply planning.
- Engineering or Business degree, preferably with a specialization in Supply Chain.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Previous experience in Supply Chain and Customer Service.
- Comprehensive understanding of Supply Planning.
- Proficiency in APO (DP&SNP), SAP, and Excel.
- Competency in Power BI.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and high standards.
- Leadership and ability to influence the environment.
- Ability to synthesize information.
Entry-level experience in Supply Chain and Customer Service is required.
Engineering or Business degree, preferably with a specialization in Supply Chain.
