1. Welcome clients warmly and professionally, assisting the sales team in advising customers by highlighting products and addressing inquiries.
2. Manage multiple clients simultaneously to ensure a seamless and personalized customer experience.
3. Participate in cash register transactions, ensuring accuracy and a swift, pleasant customer experience.
4. Contribute to product display optimization and assist in managing the sales floor space.
5. Support the team in achieving sales targets and delivering high-quality service.
6. Assist with the receipt and management of incoming deliveries, including verifying products, organizing stock, and maintaining storage areas.
7. Participate in handling product personalization requests.
8. Contribute to daily data collection on sales, stock, and boutique activities, updating internal reports and analyzing performance metrics.
9. Assist in 360° missions such as merchandising and stock organization to ensure smooth daily operations.
10. Actively participate in maintaining the boutique's cleanliness, orderliness, and presentation.
