1. Welcome clients warmly and professionally, assisting the sales team in customer advisory by highlighting products and tailoring advice to individual client needs.
2. Manage multiple clients simultaneously to ensure a seamless and personalized customer experience.
3. Participate in transaction management, ensuring accuracy and a pleasant customer experience at the point of sale.
4. Contribute to product presentation and assist in managing the sales floor to enhance product visibility.
5. Support the team in achieving sales targets and delivering high-quality service.
6. Assist in receiving and managing incoming deliveries, verifying received products, and organizing stock.
7. Participate in the handling and organization of products in storage areas to optimize stock management.
8. Manage product personalization requests, such as Ice Jackets and Arrows.
9. Contribute to daily data collection on sales, stock, and boutique activities, and assist in updating internal reporting.
10. Support the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and the implementation of actions to improve boutique results.
11. Assist in managing various 360° missions, including merchandising and stock organization, to ensure smooth daily operations.
12. Actively participate in maintaining the overall cleanliness, order, and presentation of the boutique.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school

1. Autonomy, versatility, and ability to handle unexpected situations
2. Organized, proactive, dynamic, and team-oriented
3. Fluency in English
4. Proficiency in an additional language such as Portuguese, Spanish, or German is appreciated

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a degree in business or a related field.
