1. Welcome clients warmly and professionally, assisting the sales team in providing tailored advice and highlighting products.
2. Manage multiple clients simultaneously to ensure a seamless and personalized customer experience.
3. Participate in transaction management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at the point of sale.
4. Contribute to product presentation and assist in optimizing the sales space.
5. Support the team in achieving sales targets and delivering high-quality service.
6. Assist in receiving and managing incoming deliveries, organizing stock, and maintaining storage spaces.
7. Participate in handling product customization requests.
8. Contribute to daily data collection on sales, stock, and store activities, and assist in updating internal reports.
9. Help achieve KPIs and implement actions to improve store performance.
10. Assist in various 360° missions such as merchandising and stock organization to ensure smooth daily operations.
11. Actively participate in maintaining the store's cleanliness, order, and presentation.
