1. Welcome clients warmly and professionally, assisting the sales team in client advisory by highlighting products and addressing inquiries.
2. Manage multiple clients simultaneously to ensure a seamless and personalized customer experience.
3. Assist in transaction management, ensuring accuracy and a swift, pleasant client experience.
4. Contribute to product presentation and sales space management.
5. Support the team in achieving sales targets and delivering high-quality service.
6. Aid in receiving and managing incoming deliveries, organizing stock, and maintaining storage areas.
7. Participate in handling product customization requests.
8. Contribute to daily data collection on sales, stock, and boutique activities, and assist in internal reporting and performance analysis.
9. Support 360° missions including merchandising and stock organization to ensure smooth operations.
10. Actively participate in maintaining the boutique's cleanliness, order, and presentation.
