1. Welcome clients warmly and professionally, assisting the sales team in customer service by highlighting products and addressing inquiries.
2. Manage multiple clients simultaneously to ensure a seamless and personalized customer experience.
3. Participate in transaction management at the cash register, ensuring accuracy and a pleasant customer experience.
4. Contribute to product presentation and assist in managing the sales space.
5. Support the team in achieving sales targets and providing high-quality service.
6. Assist in receiving and managing incoming deliveries, organizing stock, and maintaining storage spaces.
7. Participate in product customization requests management.
8. Contribute to daily data collection on sales, stock, and boutique activities.
9. Assist in updating internal reporting and performance analysis.
10. Help achieve KPIs and implement actions to improve boutique results.
11. Assist in 360° missions such as merchandising and stock organization.
12. Participate in maintaining the cleanliness, order, and presentation of the boutique.
