1. Welcome clients warmly and assist the sales team in providing exceptional customer service by highlighting products and addressing inquiries.
2. Manage multiple clients simultaneously to ensure a seamless and personalized shopping experience.
3. Assist with transaction management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at the point of sale.
4. Contribute to product presentation and space management within the boutique.
5. Support the team in achieving sales targets and delivering high-quality service.
6. Aid in the reception and organization of incoming deliveries, including stock management and storage optimization.
7. Participate in the management of product customization requests.
8. Contribute to daily data collection on sales, stock, and boutique activities for internal reporting and performance analysis.
9. Assist in 360° missions such as merchandising and stock organization to ensure smooth daily operations.
10. Maintain the cleanliness, order, and presentation of the boutique.
