4. Coordinate work distribution among artisans based on workload, availability, and expertise.
5. Ensure the workshop is adequately supplied with necessary components for production.
6. Monitor production progress and address any deviations in cost or timeline with the Workshop Director.
7. Implement measures to maintain or enhance quality standards.
8. Collaborate with the workshop management to propose and implement operational improvements.
