1. Oversee task planning and progress tracking across visual merchandising (VM) and event/store-related projects.
2. Guide and supervise Event VM specialists, ensuring execution across boutiques (BTQs) and events.
3. Manage VM budget and display tool orders, ensuring accuracy in delivery and stock across systems, warehouses, and BTQs.
4. Support documentation and training related to packaging display and handling.
5. Plan and execute institutional VM campaigns in alignment with Maison guidelines.
6. Monitor quality and relevance of BTQ displays and collaborate with retail and marketing teams for monthly display edits and animation calendars.
7. Provide feedback to headquarters on local adaptation needs and coordinate local VM production.
8. Develop and manage the Visual Merchandising Ambassador (VMA) community, including group chats, newsletters, and quizzes.
9. Define VMA roles and responsibilities, coordinate regular VM trainings, and develop localized training tools.
10. Create and review zoning plans for existing BTQs and lead VM execution for new BTQ openings.
11. Conduct monthly BTQ visits for display quality checks and support sales events and seasonal display touch-ups.

1. Extensive experience in visual merchandising, preferably in luxury jewelry or watch retail.

1. Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
2. Passion for luxury aesthetics, client experience, and brand storytelling.
3. Willingness to travel for boutique visits, setups, and events.
4. Excellent communication skills in Korean and English, both verbal and written.

Extensive experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the luxury jewelry or watch sector.
