4. Assist in achieving effective people development strategies by reviewing and enhancing existing training programs.
5. Ensure training materials are current, accurate, and effective, and develop localized training initiatives.

1. Professional experience as a Trainer, Field Coach, or similar role in the luxury hospitality industry.

Previous experience in a training or coaching role within the luxury hospitality sector is required.
