1. Conduct key training sessions focusing on soft skills such as service, clienteling, and selling techniques, while adapting to local needs.
2. Develop and enhance training content to improve team experience and knowledge.
3. Monitor staff progress and identify key development areas and training needs.
4. Support staff in achieving KPIs through progress monitoring and motivation.
5. Conduct one-on-one performance reviews with Sales Associates.
6. Follow up on staff practice in boutiques, focusing on selling and soft skills.
7. Design follow-up courses and coaching materials, including role-play activities and case studies.
8. Review and suggest enhancements to existing training programs to improve engagement and retention.
9. Promote and market e-learning and various training programs.
10. Maintain and report on key learning paths and translate and proofread new e-learning programs.

1. Extensive experience as a Trainer, Field Coach, or in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry.
2. Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods.
