Van Cleef & Arpels Training and Development Intern

- Maintain and update LMS tracking tables and perform LMS data extractions.
- Serve as the primary contact for the BLOOM with VCA application, managing e-learning and tracking tables.
- Monitor and follow up on annual VCA HQ contests.
- Assist in identifying retail staff training needs.
- Support the logistical organization of training sessions, including room reservations and materials preparation.
- Assist in the facilitation of deployed training sessions and document them through photography and reports.
- Ensure follow-up on boutique training sessions.
- Participate in the prospecting of new service providers and assist in their reception; conduct competitive benchmarking.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the PRELUDE induction book.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees and participate in VCA HQ induction days.
- Manage administrative follow-up of mystery visits.
- Oversee administrative tracking of courses taken by employees at the School of Jewelry Arts each quarter.
- Collaborate with the art/culture intern at the Heritage Gallery.
- Assist in developing and organizing cultural visits to exhibitions related to jewelry.
- Ensure logistical support for guided cultural visits.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (Bac +3 minimum).
- Proficiency in English and IT tools.
- Strong curiosity and empathy.
- Excellent communication and pedagogical skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and patiently.
- Strong listening skills and a focus on learner needs.
No specific experience required, but a passion for the luxury industry and training is essential.
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (Bac +3 minimum).
