1. Implement the Talent Acquisition strategy across the MEIAT region (Middle East, India, Turkiye) as a strategic business partner.
2. Ensure a consistent pipeline of top-tier talent and enhance the employer's reputation.
3. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience across all recruitment touchpoints.
4. Define and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage exceptional talent.
5. Build and nurture a diverse pipeline of candidates for current and future recruitment needs.
6. Lead the full recruitment cycle in accordance with group and Maison standards.
7. Champion Emiratization efforts and support initiatives such as Assessment Days.
8. Handle ad hoc requests including data reporting and analysis to support talent acquisition KPIs and decision-making.
