1. Define and execute procurement and replenishment strategies to ensure optimal stock levels across boutiques, ateliers and distribution channels.
2. Prepare demand forecasts and inventory plans in collaboration with merchandising, retail and production teams; set safety stock and replenishment rules.
3. Manage supplier relationships, negotiate commercial terms and coordinate sourcing for components, consumables and finished goods.
4. Oversee inbound logistics, import/export operations and customs compliance to guarantee timely deliveries and regulatory conformity.
5. Monitor inventory KPIs (turnover, stock accuracy, ageing) and lead cycle counts and physical inventory reconciliations.
6. Drive continuous improvement projects to optimize lead-times, reduce costs and improve service levels; implement process standardization.
7. Ensure ERP data integrity for material master, purchase orders and stock movements; collaborate with IT on system enhancements.
8. Lead, coach and allocate work for the supply team; liaise with finance to manage budgets and cost reporting.

1. Proven track record in procurement, supply planning or inventory management within luxury goods, retail or manufacturing environments.
2. Demonstrated ability to negotiate with suppliers and manage complex vendor relationships.
3. Strong analytical capability with experience using inventory metrics and forecasting methods to drive decisions.
4. Knowledge of international logistics and customs procedures, including import/export documentation.
5. Experience implementing process improvements and controlling supply chain KPIs.
6. Leadership skills with experience supervising teams and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
7. Proficiency with ERP systems and aptitude for maintaining high data quality.
